Our 15,000 m² factory in Istanbul is purpose-built for luxury retail manufacturing. Five-axis CNC machines work alongside master craftsmen who bring decades of experience to every piece. From a single jewelry display case to a complete 500 m² store interior, every component is manufactured, pre-assembled, and quality-checked under one roof — no outsourcing, no compromises.
We process wood, metal, glass, stone, and composite materials in-house. Multi-stage lacquer finishing, hand-applied patinas, brushed brass inlays, and tempered glass fabrication happen steps away from each other. This vertical integration means faster turnaround, tighter quality control, and the ability to solve problems before they leave the building.
From Raw Material to Finished Component
Material Sourcing
Premium hardwoods, exotic veneers, specialty metals, and natural stones — sourced from certified suppliers worldwide and inspected upon arrival at our facility.
Prototyping
Critical components are prototyped and reviewed with the client before full production begins. Finish samples, color matches, and mechanical assemblies are validated in person.
CNC & Fabrication
Five-axis CNC machining for complex geometries, combined with traditional woodworking, metalwork, and glass processing. Each workstation follows the approved shop drawings.
Finishing
Multi-stage surface treatment — sanding, priming, lacquering, polishing. Hand-applied finishes for specialty effects. UV-cured coatings for durability in high-traffic retail environments.
Pre-Assembly & QC
Every fixture is fully assembled in our factory, inspected against drawings, and photographed. Fit, finish, and function are verified before any component is crated for shipment.
Crating & Packaging
Custom-built wooden crates with foam protection. Components are labeled with installation codes that match the drawing set. Ready for container loading.

5-Axis CNC Machining
Complex 3D profiles, compound curves, and tight-tolerance joinery — all cut with micron-level precision on our Biesse and Homag CNC centers.
Premium Woodworking
From solid hardwood construction to book-matched veneer paneling. Our woodshop handles walnut, oak, maple, ebony, and exotic species.
Custom Metalwork
In-house fabrication of brass, stainless steel, bronze, and blackened steel. Capabilities include laser cutting, bending, welding, and specialty plating.
Multi-Stage Lacquer
Spray booth with climate control for consistent, flawless finishes. High-gloss, matte, satin, and specialty effects including metallic and ombre gradients.
Glass & Mirror
Tempered, laminated, and back-painted glass. Edge polishing, drilling, and custom shapes for display cases, shelving, and architectural elements.
Quality Control
Three-stage QC: incoming material inspection, in-process checks at every workstation, and final pre-shipment audit against the approved drawing package.
