At LUXA, our millwork division is staffed by craftsmen who have spent decades mastering the art of fine woodworking — from book-matched veneer panels that flow seamlessly across a 12-meter wall to hand-carved moldings that reference a brand's heritage.
We work with over 80 species of hardwood and veneer, source rare materials for signature pieces, and apply multi-layer finishes that protect against the demands of high-traffic retail. Every piece leaves our workshop with the kind of precision and warmth that machines alone cannot achieve.
From Selected Timber to Installed Masterwork
Wood Selection
We visit veneer suppliers to hand-select flitches for grain consistency, color, and figure. For solid wood components, we source kiln-dried timber with verified moisture content.
Design Engineering
Shop drawings detail every joint, panel layout, grain direction, and finish specification. Book-matching sequences are mapped digitally before any cutting begins.
CNC & Hand Craft
CNC machines handle complex profiles and repetitive elements with micron precision. Our craftsmen take over for hand-fitted joints, curved elements, and decorative details.
Finishing
Multi-layer staining, lacquering, and hand-rubbed finishes. Options range from open-pore natural to mirror-gloss piano finish. UV-resistant topcoats ensure longevity.
Assembly & Delivery
Components are dry-assembled in the workshop, inspected, disassembled, and crated with precision labeling. On-site, our installation crew reassembles to factory-floor standards.
