We coordinate with general contractors, manage our own logistics on-site, and conduct systematic punch-list reviews. Our goal: the moment the last fixture is leveled and the last fingerprint is polished away, the store is ready for its grand opening. No callbacks, no punch-list surprises.

Systematic Execution from Arrival to Handover

Pre-Installation Survey

Our site manager visits weeks before delivery to verify as-built conditions, coordinate with other trades, and confirm logistics access — loading docks, elevators, storage areas.

Logistics Coordination

Container tracking, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery planned to the hour. Components arrive in installation sequence — what goes in first arrives first.

Installation

Our crew follows the installation manual step by step. Wall panels first, then fixtures, then display elements. Each phase is photographed and signed off before the next begins.

Finishing & Adjustments

On-site touch-ups, alignment fine-tuning, hardware adjustments, and lighting calibration. We bring finish materials and tools for any minor repairs needed after transport.

Handover

Formal walkthrough with the client, punch-list review, and sign-off. We provide a maintenance guide, spare parts kit, and direct contact for post-installation support.
